Entry, Passes & Play Policies

These are the most important requirements to review before your visit. Offer-specific terms shown at checkout or on your confirmation still apply.

Is a purchase required to enter the building?
Yes. Paid admission is required for entry. Every guest age 4 and older must purchase a buffet and drink or an eligible package. This includes adults accompanying a party, supervising children, or visiting only the game room. Shop available packages.
Do waivers need to be signed before our visit?
Yes. A completed waiver is required for every child entering the building, even if the child is only eating. Adults entering only to eat do not need a waiver. Select your location and complete the required waiver before arrival to make check-in faster: Complete a waiver online.
Can a pass be used more than once?
No. Passes are valid for one visit only unless the specific offer clearly states otherwise. A pass cannot be divided across multiple visits.
When do passes and promotional offers expire?
Unless an offer states otherwise, passes are valid for one year from the purchase date. Limited-time promotions may have an earlier redemption deadline, so always review the terms on the offer and your purchase confirmation. Summer for a Steal: Promotional passes must be redeemed by July 31, 2026.
Which games are included with unlimited arcade play?
Unlimited arcade play is valid only on games with yellow card readers. Unlimited play does not issue tickets or prizes. To play ticket or prize games and earn redemption tickets, purchase and use a separate paid game card.
Are all attractions, games, and rides guaranteed to be available?
No. Attractions, games, and rides are subject to availability and may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, safety checks, capacity limits, private events, or timed attraction schedules. No refunds, rain checks, replacement play, or mailed or issued credits will be provided solely because a particular attraction or experience is unavailable.
Are buffet hours the same as game-room hours?
Not always. Buffet and soft-drink service hours vary by location and date and may end before the game room or building closes. Check your location page and operating calendar before visiting.
Can passes or promotions be combined with other offers?
No, unless the offer specifically says otherwise. Passes and promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, packages, specials, or promotional offers.
Are online purchases refundable?
No. All online purchases are final and non-refundable. Please confirm the location, quantities, redemption timing, and expiration terms before completing checkout.
