Guest Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly experience for all guests, Incredible Food & Fun maintains the following Guest Code of Conduct. Entry into our facility signifies agreement to follow these guidelines, all posted rules, and all Team Member instructions.

General Rules

  • Paid Admission Required - Entry requires a paid buffet or package for guests age 3 and older.
  • Supervise Children - Parents and guardians must supervise children under 12 at all times.
  • Follow Staff Instructions - Please follow all posted and verbal directions from Team Members.
  • Safety Enforcement - Incredible Food & Fun Team Members may enforce safety rules, attraction guidelines, and facility policies at any time.
  • Respect Age & Height Restrictions - Some attractions have posted limits for safety and must be followed at all times.
  • Keep It Clean - Dispose of trash properly and help maintain a clean environment.
  • No Running or Rough Play - Running, pushing, horseplay, or unsafe behavior is not permitted.
  • No Loitering or Skating - Skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, roller skates, and similar devices are not allowed inside.
  • No Smoking or Vaping - Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, cigars, cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, or similar devices are prohibited inside the facility and on company property where restricted by posted rules.
  • No Weapons of Any Kind - Firearms, guns, knives, or weapons of any kind are not allowed on Incredible Food & Fun property or in any of our buildings, regardless of state law or permit status.
  • Property Damage - Guests are responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse of equipment, attractions, games, furnishings, or other property.
  • Lost or Stolen Items - We are not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen personal items.

Buffet & Dining Area Rules

  • Use a Clean Plate for Each Visit - A new, clean plate must be used for every trip to the buffet.
  • No Sharing Between Paying & Non-Paying Guests - Only guests with a valid buffet wristband, package, or receipt may enjoy the buffet.
  • Serve Food Responsibly - Take only what you reasonably plan to eat to minimize food waste.
  • No Food Removal - Food and drinks must be enjoyed inside the facility and cannot be taken to-go unless specifically purchased as a to-go item.
  • Children Require Supervision - Children must be assisted by an adult when serving themselves.
  • Leave Used Dishes on Tables - Please leave plates and utensils on your table or at bus stations.

Games & Attractions

  • Respect Play Time - Be considerate of others waiting for their turn.
  • No Climbing or Misuse of Equipment - Equipment should only be used as intended.
  • Follow Posted Rules - Each attraction may have unique safety rules that must be followed.
  • Unlimited Play Restrictions - Unlimited play offers apply only to designated non-ticketed and non-prize games. Unlimited play does not earn tickets and does not count toward prize redemption. Paid game card play does count toward redemption.
  • Assume Normal Play Risk - Participation in games and attractions involves movement and activity. Guests are responsible for following posted instructions and using attractions in a safe manner.

Guest Conduct & Behavior

  • Respect Others - Disorderly, disruptive, threatening, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • No Harassment or Intimidation - Physical or verbal harassment, shouting, or offensive language is prohibited.
  • Appropriate Family-Friendly Attire Required - Guests must wear appropriate clothing, including shirts and shoes, at all times. Clothing that is excessively revealing, offensive, or unsafe for a family environment is not permitted. Extremely baggy clothing that may create safety concerns on attractions may also be restricted.
  • Service Animals Only - Only trained service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted.
  • No Unauthorized Soliciting - Distribution of flyers, sales activity, or promotional materials without written consent is prohibited.

Privacy & Safety

  • Security Cameras in Use - Video surveillance is in place throughout the facility.
  • Photography & Media Notice - This facility may be monitored and photographed, filmed, or recorded. By entering Incredible Food & Fun, guests grant Incredible Food & Fun, its parent company, affiliates, and partners the right to use their image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, video, and other media for promotional, advertising, marketing, security, and other lawful purposes in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation. Guests who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should notify a Team Member before entering.
  • Right to Refuse Service - Incredible Food & Fun reserves the right to refuse admission, deny service, or require any guest to leave the premises at any time if these policies, posted rules, or Team Member instructions are not followed. Guests who fail to comply may be removed from the facility without refund.
