Important Waiver Information

✔ Every adult age 18 or older attending the party must complete their own waiver.
✔ Each adult may include up to 10 minors on their waiver, provided they are authorized to sign on the minor’s behalf.
✔ All required waivers should be completed before arrival to help speed up party check-in.

Party Parent Reminder

If you already completed the Birthday Party Agreement, your own waiver may already be complete. Please share this page with the other adults attending your party so they can complete their own waivers before arriving.
