The Memphis location is now led by General Manager John Brown, who joined the organization several months ago and brings extensive experience in operations and team leadership. Under his direction, the location has strengthened its management structure with Antoinette Lawson serving as Guest Services Manager and Cotisha Fields as Game Room Manager.
We are also actively recruiting a Sales Director to expand group sales and community partnerships.

In response to recent incidents, we have taken decisive action to enhance safety measures by partnering with Cobra Special Response Team, a Memphis-based private security firm specializing in executive protection, patrol, and logistics. Their professionalism, discretion, and accountability align with our commitment to safety.

As part of a broader transformation, our Memphis location has officially begun its transition from Incredible Pizza Company to Incredible Food & Fun, reflecting a refreshed brand identity and an updated guest experience.
This evolution includes new walk-in specials, as well as birthday and group packages featuring unlimited play, designed to deliver greater value and a more engaging experience.
